Please read these terms carefully before using FoRun. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Use

By registering, you confirm that all details shared are true and accurate.
You must be 18+ (or 13+ with parental consent) to use the app.
FoRun may update these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept changes.

Services offered: Food delivery, gift delivery, ride-hailing service, courier services, and car rentals.
Payments: Debit/Credit Card, Wallets, Cash on Delivery.
Delivery time: 30–60 minutes (location-based).
Delivery fees: Shown at checkout (waived if pick-up or voucher applied).

Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes (before preparation starts).
Refunds apply if: Items are missing/incorrect; Food is spoiled (proof required); Delivery fails or delays exceed 60 minutes.
Refunds processed within 7–10 working days.

Users are responsible for account security and accurate order details.
Any misuse, fraud, or illegal activity will result in account termination.
FoRun is not liable for third-party services or personal disputes between users.

Disputes will be resolved under applicable law or arbitration.
FoRun reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

At ForunPoint, we strive to deliver your food, gifts, courier parcels, and car rental services quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.

Delivery Areas: We currently deliver within designated city areas listed on our app or website.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary depending on location, order volume, and restaurant preparation time.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation notification via SMS, email, or in-app.
Order Tracking: You can track your order in real-time through the ForunPoint app or website.
Delivery Charges: Delivery fees may vary based on distance, order value, and restaurant location. These will be displayed before checkout.
Failed Deliveries: If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or the customer being unavailable, the order amount may not be refundable.

Since our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, your satisfaction is our priority.

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following cases:

You received the wrong order (different item than ordered).
The food arrived spoiled, damaged, or not consumable.
The order was not delivered due to an error on our end or the restaurant's side.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement:

1Contact our support team within 2 hours of delivery via in-app chat or email at info@forunpoint.com.
2Provide your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and photo evidence (if applicable).
3Our team will review the request and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or ForunPoint wallet.

You can cancel your order only before it has been accepted by the restaurant.
Once the restaurant begins preparing your food, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
In case of online payment and timely cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
